Refund policy

"Buyer's Remorse" Policy:

Inorganic item purchases have a 30-day return period.  Items must be un-damaged and in original packaging.  Buyer is responsible for return shipping.  Refunds will not be issued until returned item is received.

Damaged Item Policy:

Items damaged in shipping will be have their purchase price refunded only if shipping insurance will not cover the loss.  Please email a picture of the damaged item and packaging to ava@purplemangodesigns.com or quail@ourmountain.me.

Live animal and Hatching Egg Policy:

Live animals have a 24 hour health guarantee from the time of pickup.  NO EXCEPTIONS

Hatching eggs that arrive broken/damaged in shipping will be covered by USPS Priority Mail insurance, up to $100.

Hatching eggs DO NOT have a hatch rate guarantee.
